Ingredients

  • 1 poppyseed bun

  • 3-4 slices corned beef

  • 1 slice provolone cheese

  • 2 tbsp. pickle relish

  • 1 tbsp. Russian dressing

Serves 1

  1. Assemble sandwich: on a poppy seed bun, layer corned beef, provolone, pickle relish, and Russian dressing. Toast the sandwich to melt the cheese if desired.
