California Turkey Club Wrap
Ingredients
1 large spinach wrap
3-4 slices turkey
1/3 cup raw spinach or romaine lettuce
½ avocado, sliced
¼ cup tomato, sliced
2 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
¼ cup sprouts
Green goddess dressing (recipe below)
Green Goddess Dressing
Makes 1 cup
1 cup basil leaves
1 cup parsley leaves
½ cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Serves 1
Make green goddess dressing by combining the following ingredients in a blender: basil, parsley, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top a large spinach wrap with the following ingredients: turkey, lettuce, avocado, tomato, bacon, and sprouts. Drizzle with green goddess dressing, wrap and serve.
